Your program will include:
The Intake Session: Each package begins with an intake session and a detailed analysis of your eating habits. We'll review your food journal to identify what's holding you back and create a customized plan including diet, exercise, and lifestyle recommendations. Supplements may be suggested, but only if necessary.
The Plan of Action: Your personalized plan is crucial for success. We'll focus on improving your eating habits at a pace that suits you, including a customized meal guide to accommodate allergies, preferences, and cooking skills. You'll receive a grocery list and easy-to-follow recipe package.
Personalized follow up and support for the duration of your program: Weekly check ins, a newletters and access to Martha via email for questions is all part of the package.
