Martha Trahan, is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who graduated with First Class Honours at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition, is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, and a Canfitpro Personal Trainer Specialist. Since launching SheNutrition.ca, she's been helping women lose weight, gain muscle, look and feel their best, while also providing delicious and nutritious meals to their families.
