Martha is an amazing instructor and plans the perfect morning workout. Between her encouragement, the music and variety in the class I find a challenging one hour class goes by very quickly. I wasn’t sure exercising over zoom would be for me but the class sizes are small, fun, and a very good workout that is easily modified depending on fitness level or how I’m feeling that day. Fun, challenging workouts delivered live, over Zoom, guaranteed to get your blood pumping and your day started right!

Unlike many other virtual workout sessions right now, we keep our groups small and we lead our workouts live. We do this to make sure that our trainer, Martha, can actually interact with you, watch your form and help you make any corrections to avoid injury*. Putting 100 people on a broadcast just isn’t the kind of personalized service we offer.

Dates and Times of Sessions (EST)

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays -> 6:30am - 7:30am

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays -> 12:00pm to 12:30pm

  • Saturdays -> 8:00am - 8:30am

Bootcamp Cost: $95.00 CAD Monthly Unlimited (no long term commitment required).

I started working with Martha (owner of She Nutrition) at the beginning of November. I felt like I knew the basics of a healthy lifestyle but the pressure of work, kids, and everything else was preventing me from making time to take care of myself. It has been over a month now and I am so thankful I took the step to sign up for the “4-week Weight Loss Program for Busy Moms” program. Martha met with me weekly and slowly helped me identify the areas that I was struggling and gave me helpful tips to create new habits; the check ins also really helped keep me accountable (to her and myself). We talked about where I needed guidance with food and she sent me family friendly recipes that would fit in with my goals and that everyone would eat…kids and husband included.
