This program worked! The weekly group learning sessions, the weekly personal check-in and ability to ask questions anytime was the support I needed. I did, however, need patience as it took over halfway through the program, when it seemed all of a sudden, the scale numbers were dropping significantly. What I have gained is the ability to choose good food. I take a longer time grocery shopping by reading labels and comparing products. I look at each meal for protein, fibre and complex
