Make the best of this holiday season by focusing on your wellbeing.

This year has been crazy tough and won’t be getting easier as the holiday approaches. It’s in times like these that we need to consciously remind ourselves of the things that really matter — like our health. 

So starting Tuesday Dec 1 I propose we play a fun little BINGO game to do just that!

Every day, complete one task from the BINGO card that focuses on selfcare.  Once you’ve completed the task, mark it off on the card.

Every day, to help remind you, I will post about one of the daily tasks.  I’ll explain why it’s important and provide you with tips on how to turn it into a long lasting habit.

Once you’ve completed 2 lines, call out BINGO! by snapping a picture of your card and posting it on social media (tag @shenutrition).
